Lisa Ekdahl released her latest album "Olykssyster" on September 15 2004. This album was the first studio album for eight years in her native Swedish tongue.
Ekdahl’s 1994 self-titled debut album sold close to 800.000 copies in Scandinavia and meant an immediate pop icon position. She’s later reached an international audience through several jazz and bossanova recordings in English. 2002 saw the release of an Ekdahl jazz compilation titled “Heaven, Earth and Beyond”.
